With Fierce Fit private sessions women can succeed, without being self-conscious or uncomfortable, under the tuition of one of our personal trainers. After an initial assessment, a carefully measured programme that accommodates your lifestyle will be devised. We will then integrate this into your sessions to ensure you’re happy and confident.
Using a wide range of resources and facilities, women will be properly equipped with the knowledge required to redefine their fitness goals and become confident with their bodies.
Our trainers are highly experienced and continually strive to improve their service to ensure women are safe and comfortable with Fierce Fit.
Whether you have all the free time in the world or you’re amidst a hectic work schedule, Fierce Fit private sessions are readily available in the evenings or the weekends to suit you.

I will work to my hardest to provide you with suitable, adaptable physical tests and a range of knowledge to facilitate your needs in every way possible. We need to work together, gain an understanding of each other and empower our strengths throughout a journey that will bring you fitness, health and confidence.
