Cheryl is now the official personal trainer for MIss Manchester and MIss England - the countries only entry into MIss World. She believes in working from the inside out. Get the engine running right and the body will follow.
Cheryl believes in empowering women to feel the best possible version of themselves. Fitness for Cheryl is about building confidence and a CAN DO attitude. After having to learn to walk again, she believes anything is possible if you put your mind to it! Her favourite workouts are functional and HIIT training creating the afterburn effect.
In her spare time she is kept busy running around after her kids and a cheat night with a takeaway once in awhile with her friends. Life is about balance.

What’s your fitness story? Do you do it for a hobby/just job? Any motivational story?
Working out is a major part of my life. It keeps me young and full of energy. At the age of 48, I have never felt so fit and healthy. I try to work out at least 2 times a week and love to get involved with my clients workouts. My weight loss journey was long and arduous, but my personal trainer kept me on track and motivated when I felt like giving up.
How do you motivate someone to join personal training and work hard?
I try to make sessions with me fun and educational! When you feel like you can no longer go on I will try to find something that will give you the kick start that you need, whether it be your wedding, kids, bikini or just that dress that has been hanging in your wardrobe for a while!
Good equipment, friendly gym and great staff especially Cheryl, she works you hard but you get what you pay for and you feel amazing after her workouts!!
State of the art facilities and Cheryl is very professional and extremely motivational.
Cheryl has worked alongside me teaching Bootcamps indoor and outdoor, she is very thorough with her training and can work with all Ievels and ages, we also Bootcamped the Miss Manchester contestants together on trampolines which was amazing. If I was to have a pt it would always be Cheryl x
Over the years I’ve had a few PT’s, Cheryl is by far my favourite. She is extremely professional, knowledgeable, experienced and friendly. She is available 24/7, which is rare these days. I would highly recommend Cheryl
I have been a member at fierce fit now for about 10 months. I love the classes with Cheryl and Aleksandra you definitely feel like you have accomplished something by the end.I also do 1 to 1 pt sessions with Cheryl which can be tough at times but 100% worth it.
I've trained with Cheryl for a few years and she is a very competent pt instructor. She just doesn't train people with the same workout, she gets to know her client and creates a workout around your needs. Don't expect to get off lightly with the workouts programmes she puts together, they will be hard but very rewarding once you've completed them, and that's what you want in a personal trainer.
Since joining Fierce Fit and Cheryl's PT session I have, for the first time, actually enjoyed exercising. The gym has a friendly, tight-knit feel and the trainers are genuine, personable and go above and beyond to help you to reach your goals. Definitely recommend, especially for someone, like me, who previously saw the gym as a 'chore' and could never previously manage to embed it into my lifestyle and routines.
Been working out with Cheryl for a couple of years. She’s given me confidence in the gym, She’s done amazing circuits so I don’t get bored. My shape has improved and I understand if I’m doing the exercise correctly now !!! I’d highly recommend her.
Cheryl is an amazing PT. She took my from hiding at the back of classes onto the gym floor and gave me the confidence and knowledge to go into the gym alone and have a good workout. She is an all-round lovely, warm and friendly person; so if you struggle with nervousness or lack confidence in the gym she is the perfect PT for you

My personal training sessions with Cheryl are fantastic. She’s a brilliant teacher and instructor, I have learned something new about exercise/training/the human body in every session with her. Cheryl is super relatable and really funny as well, sessions with her always make me laugh. She never makes you feel uncomfortable or like you can’t achieve whatever task she sets.
