Fierce Step

Fierce Step is a classic cardiovascular workout using a raised platform to perform different step patterns.Step aerobics can vary from simple step up and down routines to more advanced patterns such as sideways steps and moves that take you over the top and round your step platform. Our Fierce Fit trainers can tailor every step routine to each person in the class. So whether you’re new to this workout or experienced, this class will ensure you work hard but have the best fun whilst doing it. Our Fierce Step classes are 30 minute in length which is a high intensity workout, perfect way to burn those calories in a short period of time. If you love to work hard and dance to music, then this class is perfect for you.
