Fierce Intensity

Intensity training consists of intervals of high energy workouts followed by short resting periods.

The aim of this type of training is to burn a high amount of calories in a short of amount of time as well as giving you a full body workout. Intensity training can consist of cardiovascular, weight training, balance and toning exercises to achieve the best results for you. This type of exercise stays away from running on a treadmill for an hour and instead focuses on those bursts of exercise. This type of workout is known to provide amazing weight loss results and strengthening over a short period of time. Sounds hard?
