Starting a new exercise routine can be challenging and confusing, it is hard to know where to start when there are so many variations of exercise types, intensities and durations!

Our team of personable trainers at Fierce Fit can guide you through a new exercise programme and introduce you to new and exciting exercise ideas aimed to enable you to reach your fitness goals.

  • When can I start?

    You can start straight away! We provide on the day Fierce Fit appointments and consultations at a time that best suits you. Upon your initial appointment with one of our trainers you will have the opportunity to discuss your fitness goals. Following this our trainers will design an exercise programme specific to your needs and ability and then you are good to go!

  • What type of exercises will I be doing?

    The type of exercise you will be performing during training sessions at Fierce Fit will vary from person to person as they are specific to your needs and fitness goals. Some of the exercises you could perform at Fierce Fit could focus on strength, balance, endurance or flexibility.

  • Can I exercise as part of a group?

    Yes, you can exercise as part of a group during our Fierce Fit classes within a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Exercising in part of a group is a really good way to increase motivation to push yourself through a really intense workout.

  • How often should I train at Fierce Fit?

    Depending on your fitness goals will depend how often you should train with Fierce Fit. During your initial consultation our trainers will be able to advise training periods and frequencies with you. For example if your aim is to increase muscular strength your trainer may suggest training 2-3 times a week.

  • What low intensity exercise can I do at Fierce Fit?

    There are a range of exercise types and intensities the Fierce Fit trainers use during classes and one to one personal training sessions. Low intensity exercises commonly used include Pilates, flexibility, bike and body weight exercises.
